About Disruptive

Disruptive Element Music are a London based Record Label run by artists, for artists. Disruptive’s founders are a mixture of BAFTA winning film directors, award winning music composures and highly experienced music business professionals.

On their roster, Disruptive have a diverse range of talented artists available for bookings and sync.

As well as functioning as a label, Disruptive Element Music also run a podcast called ‘Where Wellbeing Meets Art’. On the show, label manager Brett speaks to artists and other creatives about their career journeys and experiences all the while relating back to the key topic of wellbeing and how it intertwines with the art that’s being consistently created.

At Disruptive, the musical vision of our artists is always in the forefront of our minds. We allow their art to do the talking and allow them to have full creative freedom. We believe it’s important to let the artists do what they do best, that being the creation of art that they’re truly proud of.
